I’m Juwon Salter, the proud owner of 3 Of J’s Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services.

I took up a career in the cleaning business, over eighteen years ago, but started our LLC only in 2017. During my initial years of work, I focused on learning about the industry. However, through my experience, I realized that better carpet cleaning systems were required, the standard of cleaning could’ve been higher, and people were willing to pay for better quality cleaning services.
To bring about an improved system of cleaning to our area in Elizabethtown, KY, my family and I decided to launch our own cleaning company. We took up courses in housekeeping, janitorial, and custodial work to develop our skills and enhance the potential of our business. Together, we were able to raise the cleaning standards in our industry and create jobs for others in our community.
Business today, compared to when we first started, is much stronger, more efficient, and quickly expanding. This is all the result of new and improved cleaning and carpet care systems that we’ve introduced to our work.
Besides employing modern, more efficient ways of cleaning, the most enjoyable part of this business is getting to meet different customers and putting a smile on their faces after the job is done. At the same time, it’s gratifying to know that our business continuously contributes to our community’s growth and welfare.
Our business was established to assist others with their success and life pleasures. As a result, we work hard to deliver quality, maintain credibility, honesty, and integrity while managing our clients’ time consuming and mundane projects. That way, they can free up time for themselves to pursue their hearts’ desires.
The level of success we’ve achieved today as a company is the result of our efforts and our clients’ belief in us. We honor, praise and give glory to God for all our victories and triumphs, and are grateful for the blessings we receive each day.
When we joined the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and became an accredited business, we were able to reach out to more clients and fortify our presence in the commercial and residential carpet and cleaning industry. This has helped us rise above the rest and motivated us to continue improving our services.
Apart from working on the quality and the development of our business, I also love to take it easy and enjoy life after work hours. During my downtime, I like to listen to music, play drums, and spend time with family. Traveling and seeing new things and going out to eat at new places are some other exciting activities I look forward to when I’m away from work.
